The president of the second largest teachers union in the U.S. signaled her support for vaccine mandates in schools.
American Federation of Teachers (AFT) president Randi Weingarten told MSNBC on Sunday that her organization was working with schools and teachers on implementing vaccine mandates for the fall term.
“As a matter of personal conscious, I think that we need to be working with our employers, not opposing them on vaccine mandates,” she told “Meet The Press” host Chuck Todd. Read more…
