Stacey Abrams Prepared to Lose Another Election

The Stacey Abrams campaign is in a lot of debt, reporting more than $1.4 million after a 2022 election cycle that raised more than $113 million. Abrams’ campaign paid AL Media over $54 million alone to produce ads and for radio airtime, reports Axios.

Despite the debts and the two consecutive losses to Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, Abrams has said that she “will likely run again.”

So what’s next? Are you gonna run again? Do we get to look forward to this and galvanize again?” she was asked by Drew Barrymore on her show, to which Abrams responded, “I will likely run again.”

“Well, if at first you don’t succeed, try, try again. And if it doesn’t work, you try again. But this issue is, what did you learn? Did you learn about yourself? What did you learn about your opponent and making sure you’re always remembering why you’re doing it,” Abrams told the audience. Read more…
