It’s amazing how different restaurants are beginning to have a bit of a reputation associated with them. Chick-fil-A is known for having employees that are extra kind and who bend over backwards to ensure that their customers are happy. This isn’t the case with McDonalds, however. It seems as if every time we hear about the employees at McDonalds it has to do with their being involved in a fight.
This is the case here, unfortunately. In this video, there’s a customer who had the nerve to complain to a McDonalds employee that his fries were a bit too cold. Not being able to handle the feedback, the employee began choking and hitting the customer. The interesting thing is that the employees don’t really care if they get into trouble or not. They simply want to make their point that they are not to be messed with. We get it, McDonalds.
So, should we judge the entire restaurant based on the behavior of their employees? Are the employee’s representative of the food in some way? Meaning, if the food is junk and makes you feel crappy, then are some of the employees that work for the chain full of crap and intended on making others feel bad? It’s obvious that some of the employees hate their job and don’t feel they are being paid enough to put up with customer complaints. Oh well…if you ever go into McDonalds and the fries are cold, you’d better just shut your mouth. Otherwise, you might just find yourself on the other end of yet another McDonald fight video.
