Engineer and married man, Xavier X was found dead in his hotel room moments after having sex with a woman he recently met while on business for his company, according to the New York Post.
X was on business for his employer Parisian Railroad Construction in Meung-sur-Loire when he died of a heart attack after having sex. The courts ruled that X’s employer and the state were both required to pay benefits to his family. “An employee on assignment is entitled to their employer’s protection for the duration of their mission…whether or not the accident takes place as a part of a professional activity or as an act of normal life,” stated the report from the appeals court judge.
Based on the ruling, any partner and children of X will receive a monthly benefit of up to 80% of his salary until what would be his retirement age and then a share of his pension, according to the report.
