The United Kingdom has struggled with finding new ways to eliminate people from going into the bathroom stalls in the park to have sex. Now, officials have found a solution that they feel will work. A town in the UK will soon install hi-tech toilets that will serve to deter people from having sex by sounding an alarm and spraying the individuals with cold water, according to Fox News.
The plan to install the anti-sex toilets will cost over $200,000—something the parks feel will be well worth it if it can hinder “inappropriate sexual activity and vandalism.” The technologically advanced toilets will have the ability to spray water and sound an alarm if it feels a vibration or violent movement. “Rebuilding the public toilets is an important element of our ambition to ensure that we have a great place to live, work, and visit,” stated a councilmember of Porthcawl on the justification for installing the hi-tech toilets.
