Sad to say she is probably no more badly dressed than most of the other passengers on the plane.

Your body parts, oiled or lotioned up rubbing all over the seats, arm rests, and people around you is an unpleasant mental picture. The amount of covering is not the issue for some of us. It is the amount of body oils and dead skin that EVERYONE produces that is an issue. If you are big enough to be touching other passengers when you shift around, cover your upper arms please. ..Another thought..if you are old enough to have children stop dressing like one. Your children can see you know. They are not stupid..they are making unfavorable comparisons no matter what they tell you. (Apologies to any uncomfortable with this statement due to children with vision problems).
