I know for a fact that most americans and those that live here and are not american do not understand our “Bill of Rights” and it’s true meaning. The Founders wanted liberty for it’s citizens and to voice their opinions on religion, politics, ethics, and economics. But they never allowed it to permit the public or private abuse of profane, offensive language, physical harm, or mental anguish to anyone. Like most our freedoms they ARE LIMITED! No individual can destroy another person’s reputation by false speech or false writing(LIBEL!!!) But since the 1970’s, with the Supreme Courts revisions such as; Papish v. Board of Curators, the Court declared a reversal of the limitations of Freedom of Speech naming it a freedom of expression. This is why it’s important who we have in the Supreme Court Judiicial system. We have become a nation undisciplined with the deterioration of our language due to the lack of education and care. We are crude, vulgar, and many lacking the understanding of God. If we were a nation who follows Him this would never of taken place. I only pray that this suffering this boy and his family has endured will be not be in vain and will put us back on course the way our Founding Father’s designed it.
