The Michael Jackson documentary, Leaving Neverland, involved two men accusing the late star of child molestation has social media buzzing with commentary from fans and foes, according to People Magazine.
Wade Robson and James Safechuck both alleged that Jackson molested them while they stayed at his home in Neverland when they were younger. The same men were once placed on the stand during prior sexual assault claims and actually stated under oath that they were not sexually abused by Jackson. They claim that they have changed their minds and are now no longer fearful of coming forward.
The Jackson estate has sued HBO and call it “another rehash of dated and discredited allegations.” The reactions online go from support of Jackson to disgust over the allegations. “I believe Wade & Jimmy because MJ was not a saint or a God…he was capable of evil,” tweeted one person. Others found the parents of the boys to be the culprit stating things like “All of the parents should be indicted for selling the kids for gain.”
